We have brought to fruition

Top-quality acoustics

  • By integrating advanced soundproofing and acoustic-conditioning solutions, using box-in-box systems, floor damping, decoupled enclosures and suspended ceilings independent from the building’s main structure. A total of 58 contractors and suppliers were coordinated to ensure strict compliance with Sony’s demanding acoustic and execution standards.
  • Adapting and integrating all building services (HVAC, ventilation, electrical systems, fire protection and data networks) to ensure correct performance within an acoustically demanding environment, meeting requirements for comfort, efficiency, maintenance and acoustic control.
  • We worked with simultaneous coordination between project definition and refurbishment execution, an innovative management model that enabled us to meet extremely demanding deadlines, with an initial delivery after 4 months to allow the installation of audiovisual equipment, and final delivery 6 months after the start of construction.
