The project consisted of the comprehensive refurbishment of the offices of CaixaBank’s corporate headquarters at the Torres KIO, an iconic building on Madrid’s Paseo de la Castellana. The intervention was carried out while fully maintaining the building’s functionality and respecting its original structure at all times.

The intervention involved the modernisation and full refurbishment of 8 floors of the building, meeting the high standards of quality, comfort and finishes required of a highly representative institutional headquarters. The works included technical areas, lift lobbies and Senior Management spaces. In parallel, a complete renewal of the building services was undertaken, adapting them to the current needs of the corporate headquarters and ensuring efficiency and operational performance.
