HUMANES · PLAN VIVE III
The Humanes · Plan Vive III project forms part of the residential sector and involves the construction of a multi-family residential building comprising 50 affordable rental homes, located on Don Faustino Ruiz Street in Humanes (Madrid).
The development is part of the Community of Madrid’s Plan Vive III programme and delivers a residential complex with shared amenities, landscaped areas and underground parking, integrating industrialised construction solutions aimed at optimising execution times and construction efficiency.
The building is organised around a single access core and six above-ground levels (ground floor + four floors + penthouse), together with two basement levels dedicated to parking and storage units. The proposal incorporates a prefabricated concrete structure and prefabricated load-bearing façade panels, adapting to the urban alignment through a recessed façade design.
From a technical perspective, the project combines industrialisation, Lean planning methodologies and precise coordination between structure, façade, and building services to ensure an optimised and efficient execution process. The development also includes external urbanisation works and communal spaces associated with residential use.
