Residential building with 108 high-end apartments and 5 retail units, located directly above the Arc de Triomf railway and metro station in the centre of Barcelona. This unique location required a complex structural intervention to ensure the safety and stability of the building throughout the construction process.
The project was carried out with structural and foundational strengthening applied to operating underground infrastructure, meeting strict technical and safety requirements. The coordination of different construction phases and the collaborative work of all teams involved made it possible to integrate foundation works, façade construction, building services and high-end interior finishes, achieving a result of outstanding precision and quality.

Complex foundation works
Foundation strengthening was carried out with high precision to ensure minimal impact on the active underground railway service. Acoustic-damping construction elements were also incorporated to reduce reverberation and improve acoustic comfort.

Technically demanding ventilated façade
Lightweight ceramic façade mounted on a metal substructure, incorporating solar-protection systems with movable aluminium louvres, providing high energy efficiency.

BREEAM environmental certification
The project was executed with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, achieving a GOOD rating under the BREEAM certification, which recognises best practices in energy efficiency, water and materials management, and occupant comfort.

In the execution of the foundation works
- Our technical team carried out foundation strengthening using post-tensioned bars, replacement of supports with hydraulic jacks, and reinforcement of columns with carbon fibre and steel plates, ensuring the stability of the new structure.
