The building is located in a business area close to Barcelona’s Ronda del Litoral (coastal ring road). The intervention involves the complete transformation of the property, giving it a modern, efficient and attractive image, while optimising energy performance and substantially enhancing its functional and aesthetic standards compared with the original building.
The refurbishment incorporates new building services ensuring energy efficiency, together with a complete renewal of the façade and interior spaces using construction solutions tailored to the office programme, guaranteeing comfort, quality and durability.

Meeting deadlines
