Cardoner has carried out refurbishment works at Hotel Plaza Nueva, located in the historic centre of Seville. The project was aimed at modernising the building’s facilities and enhancing guest comfort.

The works were undertaken within a consolidated urban environment and while the hotel remained fully operational. This required detailed planning and continuous coordination to minimise disruption to hotel activities and the surrounding area.

The intervention included the renovation of interior spaces and the upgrading of building systems, applying efficiency criteria and high construction standards. The project reinforces Cardoner’s experience in hotel refurbishments within sensitive urban contexts, combining technical precision with operational adaptability.
