Cardoner has completed a new building using an industrialised modular system on Avinguda Carrilet. The intervention highlights the efficiency and precision inherent to off-site construction.

The project was developed with a high level of prefabrication, enabling reduced construction timelines and minimising disruption to the surrounding urban environment. Close coordination between design, manufacturing and on-site assembly was essential to ensure final quality and full technical control throughout the process.

The use of industrialised modular systems enhances planning accuracy, reduces waste and optimises resource management, contributing to improved sustainability and on-site safety. This project further consolidates Cardoner’s experience in industrialised building solutions applied within urban contexts.
