We are starting the construction of 263 affordable homes in the Community of Madrid

We bring our expertise in industrialized and sustainable construction to the third phase of the Plan Vive Madrid, promoted by the regional government, with social housing projects located in the municipalities of Humanes de Madrid, Torrejón de la Calzada, and Velilla de San Antonio.

The total estimated investment is approximately €48 million, financed with the support of the ICO and Next Generation Funds. The project is an example of public-private collaboration, developed on land granted by the Community of Madrid for a period of 70 years.

The use of prefabricated systems allows for shorter construction timelines and minimizes the carbon footprint.

Each development will be built according to comfort and functionality criteria:

  • Humanes de Madrid: 50 homes with an optimized layout to reduce circulation spaces and ensure thermal efficiency.

  • Torrejón de la Calzada: 61 homes with a flexible organization, open-plan kitchens, and terraces, promoting natural light and adaptability of the spaces.

  • Velilla de San Antonio: 152 homes in an environment designed for community living, with large green areas and shared services.

The Velilla de San Antonio project is the largest of the three and, at the same time, the most emblematic, as it will develop a residential model that promotes social interaction among residents through community areas with a varied program: bike lanes, swimming pool and landscaped areas with aromatic plants, community rooms, and sports and children’s play facilities.

Regarding energy efficiency, all three developments will have energy certification A, and aerothermal systems and photovoltaic installations will be installed.

The buildings are scheduled for delivery in the summer of 2026.
