Construction of a new-build hotel located in the Sant Andreu district of Barcelona. The building is developed between party walls and comprises a total of 80 rooms.
With a reinforced concrete structure featuring one-way slabs and load-bearing walls, the building was constructed in compliance with the Special Urban Planning Plan for Tourist Accommodation (PEUAT), maintaining the 150 hotel beds assigned under a previous licence. It includes a basement level used for parking, a ground floor, a mezzanine, 5 standard floors and a rooftop level dedicated to building services.

- The project applies the criteria set out in Decree 21/2006 on eco-efficiency, including compliance with thermal-transmittance requirements for vertical enclosures, water-consumption efficiency through low-flow taps, selective domestic-waste management, and the use of solar-thermal energy for domestic hot-water (DHW) production.
