In the village of Fonteta, located in the Baix Empordà region, a comprehensive refurbishment project was carried out on a traditional Catalan farmhouse, with the aim of transforming it into a high-end single-family home.
The project meticulously respected the farmhouse’s original stone structure, while integrating new technologies to improve spatial functionality and energy efficiency. A new swimming pool and an outdoor porch were also built, both designed to blend harmoniously into the property’s rustic landscape. The refurbishment sought to preserve the essence of the architectural heritage while adapting it to contemporary standards of comfort and style.
