Hippiements Eivissa

The Hippiements project consists of a newly constructed residential building with 63 distinctive homes, located on the Ibiza coast. The residential complex is complemented by landscaped gardens, a spa and parking spaces.

The large-scale building was constructed with a reinforced concrete structural system and solid slab floors, enabling large spans and formal versatility. The façades feature an external thermal insulation system (ETICS), aluminium frames with thermal breaks and high-performance glazing. The breathable roofs incorporate landscaped areas and integrated shading systems.
