Oller del Mas is a wine tourism complex located in the Pla del Bages area, offering accommodation in the heart of nature alongside the winery, shop and restaurant of Heretat Oller del Mas.

Our intervention was carried out in two phases. The first phase involved renovating the sales, tasting and wine tourism experience areas of the winery, as well as constructing a new ageing cellar and expanding the production winery. The second phase consisted of building a social club that includes a restaurant, sports facilities, swimming pool and golf school, all designed to integrate into the landscape with minimal visual impact.

We have brought to fruition

Sustainability principles applied in design and execution

  • We have integrated practices that reduce the environmental impact of the works, such as recycling excavation soils and using natural materials. Planting native species and using permeable pavements to reduce water consumption are examples of ecological design implemented in the project.
  • Offering leisure spaces for guests of the hotel complex, with a wide range of activities, dining, children’s play areas, padel courts and a gym.
  • The combination of modern architecture and natural elements, such as green walls and lightweight roofs, has made the project a benchmark in the area. Every detail has been designed to achieve maximum quality and functionality, from timber finishes to the installation of a geothermal system to reduce energy consumption.
