Earthworks carried out with a sustainable approach
- All the material excavated during earthworks was reused to backfill a nearby plot, minimising waste transport, reducing environmental impact and promoting more sustainable and efficient resource management.
Meeting demanding deadlines and budget constraints
- The project was developed under very strict planning, with an execution period of 16 months and a particularly tight budget. Thanks to rigorous site management, constant coordination between teams and the optimisation of construction processes, execution time was reduced to a minimum without compromising quality or safety.
