KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervision and coordination of electrical, HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems.
• Management of subcontractors and monitoring of building services installations on site.
• Review of technical project documentation and identification of potential improvements.
• Cost control of building services packages and monitoring of progress certifications.
• Coordination with the Site Management and Production teams.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong organisational, coordination and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving profile with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in large-scale projects will be considered an asset.
