Site Manager – Civil Works

As part of our ongoing growth, we are looking to appoint a Site Manager with experience in civil works projects to join our team in the Barcelona area. If you have a technical background, strong leadership skills and are keen to continue developing your career within a solid, quality-driven company, this opportunity may be for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning and execution of civil works projects.
  • Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors.
  • Control of costs, schedules and quality standards.
  • Liaison with the project management team and the client.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Roads Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in civil works projects.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and team management skills.
