Constructora del Cardoner’s branch in Western Andalusia has begun construction of ATRIA, a new-build residential development that blends seamlessly into its surroundings and is designed to offer comfort, efficiency and architectural quality.

Project adapted to the site’s topography, with a layout that prioritises the relationship between homes, shared areas and outdoor spaces.

The project is being developed in a growing urban environment, where the overall layout seeks a balanced integration between the built form and the surrounding urban space.

From a construction perspective, the development is based on a reinforced concrete structure, with envelope solutions designed to ensure appropriate thermal and acoustic performance, along with internal layouts optimised for residential use.

One of the main challenges of the project has been adapting to the urban planning and topographical conditions of the site, as well as ensuring full coordination between architecture, structure and building services from the design phase.
