MARALTO: progress on one of our major residential projects in Estepona

163 homes and an investment of €37.75 million in a strategic project supporting our growth on the Costa del Sol.

Construction work on Maralto continues to progress in Estepona (Málaga). Since April, we have been working on this major residential development, one of the largest projects undertaken by Constructora del Cardoner to date.
Developed for Wild Sur Real Estate, the complex will comprise 163 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, along with parking spaces, storage rooms and outdoor areas. The project strengthens our presence in Andalusia and consolidates our activity in the residential sector.

With a contract value of €37.75 million, Maralto is one of the largest projects awarded to Constructora del Cardoner to date.

Its contemporary architecture is designed to connect the homes with outdoor spaces and the surrounding urban environment, incorporating principles of energy efficiency, comfort and residential quality.

With an expected construction period of 30 months, Maralto also represents a significant organisational challenge, requiring continuous planning and coordination across different teams and specialist disciplines. Constructora del Cardoner and Cardoner Instal·lacions are both involved in its delivery, bringing together expertise from across the group.

This October, we are sharing the first images documenting construction progress, including new aerial drone footage and a timelapse video that allow us to see how the works have evolved since they began.

We will continue to follow its progress closely through to the scheduled completion of construction in October 2028.

Maralto continues to take shape. And we continue to take on new construction challenges on the Costa del Sol.
