A new residential project begins in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

The homes will be built using a traditional construction system, with reinforced concrete structures and contemporary architecture that combines indoor and outdoor living spaces. The project also incorporates energy-efficient solutions including aerothermal systems, underfloor heating and cooling, and photovoltaic panels, with a targeted A energy rating.

With a budget of €4.1 million and a 16-month construction programme, this new development further strengthens Constructora del Cardoner Madrid’s activity in the residential sector.
