SAC Castelldefels is the municipal service responsible for waste collection and street cleaning in the city. The facility centralises and optimises essential urban maintenance services, becoming a key infrastructure for the city’s efficient day-to-day operation.
The project involved the execution of three simultaneous interventions: the comprehensive refurbishment of the main industrial warehouse, the refurbishment of the office building, and the execution of all civil works required to provide the complex with water, electricity and telecommunications connections.
