IDILIA · Parets del Vallès
The Idilia project, located in the industrial estate of Parets del Vallès, involves a comprehensive intervention on an operational industrial complex, combining the extension of facilities, the adaptation of existing spaces and the urbanisation of the surrounding environment.
The intervention integrates multiple actions within a single production site: the extension of the handling warehouse, the refurbishment of an existing building, the urbanisation of the complex and the construction of a new recycling facility for waste management.
The main challenge of the project has been working within an active industrial plant, ensuring uninterrupted production while minimising disruption throughout the execution of the works.
From a technical perspective, the project has required precise coordination between civil works, building construction and installations, as well as structural and functional integration between the new extensions and the existing buildings. External urbanisation has been designed to ensure the logistical efficiency of the site, with particular attention to access routes, circulation flows and service networks.

-
Expand the plant’s operational capacity
Deliver the extension of the handling warehouse to support the growth of production activity.
-
Adapt existing facilities to new requirements
Upgrade existing spaces to accommodate new production processes and current regulatory standards.
-
Ensure continuity of industrial operations
Plan and execute the works while minimising impact on an active facility, maintaining full operability throughout the process.
An expanded and fully operational industrial complex without interrupting production
- The extension of the handling warehouse, refurbishment of existing buildings, construction of a new recycling facility and full site urbanisation, resulting in a functional industrial environment ready for ongoing activity.
The transformation of an active industrial environment with operational continuity
- The integration of new interventions within a working plant, coordinating construction phases and production processes to minimise disruption and ensure continuity.
Technical coordination within an operational industrial environment
- Through the simultaneous management of civil works, building construction and installations, structural integration of extensions and the delivery of urbanisation works based on logistical and operational criteria.
