Constructora del Cardoner takes part in the Symposium on Digital Transformation in Construction

The Digital Building Logbook (LED) project and the digitalisation of the building lifecycle were among the key topics addressed during the event.

Adriana Granda, Head of After-Sales at Constructora del Cardoner, took part on June 1 in the Symposium on Digital Transformation in Construction, organised by the Barcelona College of Technical Architecture (CATEB).

The event brought together professionals and companies from across the sector to discuss the impact of digitalisation throughout the building lifecycle.

During the session, Adriana Granda participated in a roundtable discussion alongside representatives from Certis, AEDAS Homes and CATEB, where the Digital Building Logbook (LED) project was presented, highlighting its role in the management and maintenance of buildings.

The symposium explored the application of new digital tools within the construction industry, including BIM methodologies, digital twins and other solutions aimed at improving information management and efficiency throughout the entire lifecycle of built assets.

The event forms part of the activities promoted within the framework of Barcelona World Capital of Architecture 2026, establishing itself as a platform for reflection and knowledge exchange among industry professionals.
