Construction begins on a new funeral facility in Sabadell

The project involves a new-build funeral facility with a comprehensive functional programme and spaces adapted to different levels of privacy.

We have commenced construction works on a new funeral facility in Sabadell, a new-build public-use building located on Raimon Casellas street.
The project includes the construction of a building of over 6,700 m², distributed across a basement level, ground floor and first floor, with a complete functional programme comprising ceremony rooms, viewing rooms with different levels of privacy, and dedicated spaces for user services.

The facility also incorporates specific internal operational areas, including embalming rooms, refrigeration chambers and staff workspaces, as well as both underground and outdoor parking with a high capacity.

The project is being delivered under a precise technical planning framework, aimed at ensuring construction quality and meeting the requirements of a public-use facility with a high level of functional demand.

Through this intervention, we reinforce our experience in the construction of tertiary and public-use facilities, contributing to the development of infrastructure that combines functionality, architectural quality and service to people.
