Constructora del Cardoner awarded a new phase of the ATRIA development in La Línea de la Concepción

We will deliver the second phase of the ATRIA residential development, strengthening our collaboration with Metrovacesa on one of the most significant residential projects in the province of Cádiz.

Constructora del Cardoner’s branch in Western Andalusia has begun construction of ATRIA, a new-build residential development that blends seamlessly into its surroundings and is designed to offer comfort, efficiency and architectural quality.

This new phase comprises the construction of three residential buildings with a total of 72 homes, following the same architectural and construction approach as the first phase, with the same commitment to quality, efficiency and integration with the surrounding environment.

The award marks another milestone in our collaboration with Metrovacesa and reflects the confidence placed in Constructora del Cardoner to continue delivering this residential development.
