MARALTO, a new 163-home residential development in Estepona

Constructora del Cardoner’s Málaga branch has commenced construction works on MARALTO, a residential development comprising 163 homes in Estepona, in the heart of the Costa del Sol.
The development has been designed to enhance the relationship between interior and exterior spaces, prioritising natural light, open terraces and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

A project conceived to integrate architecture, landscape and quality of life, with views towards the Mediterranean Sea and Sierra Bermeja.
