Comprehensive refurbishment of retail spaces in one of Madrid's leading shopping centres

The project carried out at Westfield Parquesur is part of the retail sector and involved the comprehensive refurbishment of several commercial spaces within the shopping centre in Leganés (Madrid).
The intervention transformed one of the complex’s most iconic outdoor areas, enhancing its functionality and adapting it to new retail and leisure uses while improving the overall visitor experience.
The works included the refurbishment of the existing terrace, the installation of new pergolas, glazed screens, landscaped planters with natural vegetation and sustainable paving solutions. At the same time, the technical building services were upgraded to meet the shopping centre’s new functional requirements.
