The project carried out at Hotel Arts Barcelona forms part of the hospitality and restaurant sector and consists of the pilot refurbishment of two mock-up guest rooms, conceived as validation spaces for future interior renovation processes within the hotel.

The intervention included the renewal of building services, finishes and furniture, ensuring aesthetic coherence, functionality and execution quality in line with the standards of a high-end hospitality environment.
The works included the implementation of new electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems, together with the refurbishment of flooring, wall finishes and ceilings. The project was developed with particular attention to construction detailing and material selection, prioritising durability, comfort and spatial quality.
These pilot rooms served as reference models for validating finishes, materials and execution criteria prior to a potential large-scale implementation throughout the hotel.
