Cardoner is currently undertaking refurbishment works at Hotel Andante Princesa, a project aimed at enhancing the building’s performance and adapting it to the latest functional and technical requirements of the hospitality sector.

The intervention includes the renovation of interior spaces and the comprehensive upgrading of building systems, with particular attention to energy efficiency, user comfort and the quality of finishes. The project is being delivered under a rigorous technical planning framework, prioritising execution control and close coordination between the different teams involved.

This intervention further strengthens Cardoner’s experience in hotel refurbishments, combining construction precision with solid technical expertise.
